Antico Arco

In 1996, we opened Antico Arco at the top of the Gianicolo Hill, facing the Garibaldi Museum and next to one of Rome’s most breathtaking views. Our location, just steps away from the botanical garden, became the ideal place to realize our dream: creating a space that would be a “happy island” for us who work here and for everyone who visits.
Our product selection is guided by a strict ethical approach, using only rigorously organic staple foods such as tomatoes, olive oil, flours, and meats, all of which go through a carefully controlled supply chain. In addition, we have significantly reduced the use of plastics, making a modest contribution toward a better future. We cannot change the world, at least not alone, but this is our small way of making a difference. This is who we are, with passion and dedication to creating a unique experience.
